On the subject of Walker bay dingy's, I have had one for about a year, and
am happy with it.

I haven't had any trouble with the little wheel yet, but then, I only use
it to roll it a few feet. (I will
be interested in any retrofit kit that makes this bit sturdier, though.)

I only row it, and would say that it rows quite well for me. It also tows
better than I would have expected.
The drag is not horrible, and it tracks well behind the boat. A friend of
mine did borrow it one day, and
put a 2hp motor on it. He said it moved around quite well with that.

If anyone has the sailing kit, I would be very interesting in hearing what
you have to say as I've been
considering buying it.

I think mine is heavier than 65 lbs, but will have to check. It's not that
easy to carry for one person.
This is partly the size of course, and the fact that a little breeze will
grab it. Carrying it with 2 is quite easy.
