Looks like you had a great time. I had planned a week or two up there
this year, but other things preempted. We were just up there on Lopez,
Shaw and San Juan Island camping with bicycles with my son and his wife
(visiting from the Boston area), but there is nothing like being on your
potter up there. It looks from your map that you launched at the ramp at
Fairhaven. Are you aware that there is a much nicer launch ramp just a
few miles north of there at the Bellingham marina? Most folks around here
seem to like to launch at Anacordes or the ramp under Rt. 20 on the
Swinomish chanel for a trip to the San Juans, but I like to launch from
Bellingham best.
