We just got a quote in the mail yesterday for
insurance from Boat US. For our 1986 19' Potter, they
quoted $236, and we have to join Boat US for an extra
$12.95 a year. Does this sound reasonable to y'all?
We contacted State Farm, or regular insurer, about the
boat several times, and they could not give us an
answer. The best they could do was to send us a copy
of our policy with some sections highlighted, if you
can believe that!! Please let me know what you think.
