Hi Dennis,

According to the title it was built in 1972 (Jerry B. said it's a '73). I paid
$1,500.00 for the boat, trailer and a 1984 5hp. Mariner outboard. The boat has
not been properly maintained so I have a fair ammount of work to do before I can
put her in the water. The only real problem I have is rotten wood backing behind
the chain plates and some minor leaks from deck fittings.

You should get in touch with Jerry Barrilleaux, he's the commodore of the
Potter's Yachters and I hear he is the most knowledgeable when it comes to old
Potters. BTW there was no porta potty with the boat and I don't think there was
origionally.

Good luck,
