FWIW, I have been looking for a weather radio configured like a portable
radio ( instead of a console) all summer but hadn't found one that I thought
wasn't too high. Friday night I was at Office Depot to buy a printer ribbon
and noticed that they had a very nice one on sale for 39.95. That's about
20.00 cheaper than I had seen them anywhere else. If your in the market,
check it out. (I am in no way connected with O.D., and yes I bought one)
