You may be right... I will be out there tonight with the bathroom scale to
find out. But from lifting it myself I'd have to say I'd be surprised if it
is over 100.

Sounds like your tongue weight is too high. Shouldn't be more
than about 125#. Your care should handle that easily. If not,
try some air adjustable struts if they make them for that car.
