I was fortunate enough, I think , to have acquired a sheet of 1/4" and a
sheet of 1/8" lexan. One is smoked and the other is clear. My thought was to
bond the two together after cutting them out to replace the wooden hatch to
the cabin.
Would a router with a bit that rounds the edges work for cutting the lexan?
Any thoughts on how to get the bottom edge of the top piece cut so that it
has the slight overhang to the bottom piece.
