My wife and I were out last night for a while in our almost nightly hot
tubbing endeavor. It truly was a bright night. We didnt turn on the hot
tub light and could see as clearly as if it were. The moon shadows on the
neighbors house were really something too. As with tahoe, we have a little
snow on the ground here in colorado too which was relective, but we also
both agreed that it was not as bright as it gets when there is a big flake
snow shower--during those times -- all light from the city (street lights,
porch lights) bounces off the big flakes and it it get really bright out
side at night while its snowing.
