To see the description of a "Pushpit" see "The Sailor's
Handbook-Updated Edition" by Herreshoff, published by Little Brown
and Company, page 12 of "Anatomy of a boat" which shows a transom
with a "Pushpit", which is the opposite of a "Pulpit".
