Fortunately, my 9.9 is a 2-stroke. We also theoretically own a
2-stroke 20 HP, if we can ever get it back from the people we loaned it to.
It sounds like a 9.9 is a waste of time on a P19. I'd like to try it on my
P15, but wouldn't want to risk damaging my boat. Can I try it on someone
else's boat? :)

The older 25's are on my short list for a second boat for my mom's
house. For some reason, these boats inspire vehement hatred among some
former owners, which gives me pause. Seems like a _lot_ of boat for the
money though.
