Nope, There was no duct tape on that list!! I don't think Dr. Judy B. is the
type of person to say, "When in doubt, duct it!" She's more like the person to
say, "There is a type of tape for every job," and you know that she would have
a roll (or two) of each on-board ;-). Unless you were running duct work for a
furnace on your Potter, I doubt Dr. Judy would condone using duct tape. OK,
she might not be as puritanical as all that. ;-) (Just couldn't resist the
imagery that one provided--Perhaps we could start a thread on the proper
placement of heating ducts and thermal unit sizing to heat/cool a P15 and a
P19?).
Are you using duct tape as a temporary hull repair? What use is there for duct
tape that a sailor wouldn't use: 1) Sail tape 2) Rigging tape 3) A proper line
and a proper knot? Perhaps your keeping the first mate quite in a panic? ;-)

Perhaps it was on the list that Judy privately e-mailed to Chris, but I
find it perplexing that no one has mentioned duct tape.
