Did anyone mention a jack? Not all automotive jacks will work on the
trailer. The load on a single wheel of the trailer can be more than the
load from a single wheel of a light car (such as the type used for a
P-19/15) and exceed the capabilities of the jack. Consider a typical
Subaru wagon, 2300 pounds, 575 pounds load per tire, jack nominal rated for
1000 pounds. Consider a typical P-19, 2000 pounds, 1000 pounds load per
tire. Jack failure may occur, IF you can even get it cranked up. This is
a very dangerous place to be!

It's also important to consider clearance between the trailer axle and the
pavement. With small tires, and under a full-flat situation, some jacks
will not fit. Most fortunately my Isuzu Trooper jack is a hydraulic type,
is short, AND it has a 3-foot+ long crank so I don't have to be under the
trailer to jack it up.
