I suspect that there are many men and women who enjoy their boats in
large measure because there, at least, no boss (of any kind) is
directing their efforts. Wind and water rule! And they sing such a
seductive song...

To paraphrase my two-wheeled friends: "Live to sail -- and sail to
live."
