I'm putting in two cockpit drains in my Siren 17. The single
existing drain isn't sufficient for quick drainage (similar to
Potters, hence this note.) I purchased two drains, and two
transom flapper valves from Defender (about $30) and then the
hose from West. I had trouble fitting the hose on the drains and
valves, until I dippeed the ends of it in boiling water for 30
seconds. It then slipped right on.
