A couple people expressed interest in seeing a picture of my P19 at the
seaplane base. I've only got one picture ready to go right now (rest are in
the camera on a different roll) but its an interesting picture. There is Tim
Spoffords P19 (611?) and mine (461) side by side with two DeHavilland piston
Beavers in the background. The beaver with the rainbow "evening" graphics is
the last one ever built (1967 i think). There are several dozen beavers
based here, both those owned by Kenmore Air and private craft. Kenmore runs
a small floatplane airline, but also does top-drawer restorations of
deHavilland aircraft.

somehow I don't think they're discussing on the Beaver list their cool
pictures with Potters in the background :)
