[WWP] Shroud Tension

Hope all's well for everyone. I've been enjoying the messages and info. I
have a question on shroud/forestay tension. I have a P15 with roller furling
system. The Potter manual says that the turnbuckle (I'm not sure what it's
called, because it's not actually a turnbuckle, right?) on the shrouds should
be positioned in the fourth hole down from the top. However, with the roller
furling system only being able to be tightened to a certain point, I took
the shrouds down another hole (fifth from the top) because the rig seemed to
loose. Now, when connecting the forestay, I have to pull it down fairly tight
the last inch or so. So . . . first, is it okay to "rake the mast back" by
tightening the shrouds; how might this effect "Cavatina's" performance?
Second, any opinions, comments, or ideas on shroud/forestay tension would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any advice, I really appreciate it!
