To all fellow suffers,
Lest onlookers think that we are picking on the animal kingdom w/ our complaints spiders and
bird life, I'd like to also include part of plant kingdom as our gellcoat's enemy. When my Potter was
purchased it had been parked for some time under a tree. I didn't notice the species unfortunately, but this
particular tree dripped a sap of fiendish composition. It has left small brown spots that will not come
off! Nothing I have tried has had much effect. Goo-gone did manage to soften the sap and by spreading
the stain approximately doubled the size of every spot. Definitely not a good idea and I've given it up
as a lost cause! I know when I'm whipped. I'm off to more hopeful pursuits such as championing Southern
Agrarianism, or inventing perpetual motion machines.
