try this.....
make a paste of 1 part baking soda, one part color safe bleach
mix with hydrogen peroxide till pasty... rub on stain then let it set up
after dry wipe with vinegar......

if that doesnt work... try sandpaper...<lol> just kiddin bout sandpper
