City, NC on a head boat when we were caught in a
lightning storm. It was very frightening - there is
no way I would want to repeat that experience, but I
do want to know what to do if it happens. Thanks for
the input - I think that this is a very important
thread.

I imagine on a P19 wiring for cabin light would conduct charge thru bottom of
boat. Or you could clip battery cables to mast mounting bolts in cabin and
to keel....
