i'm a pretty new potter owner but really it reminds me of the 12 foot dory
as far a stability. keeping along the center line of the boat and always
being mindful of balancing weight in the boat seems critical. i've climbed
all over mine but when i go in front i keep to the center. and i try to
always keep the keel down. i brought it up the other evening when the wind
quit and we motored in and we both kept in the center of the boat, side to
side and front to back. sitting as far forward in the cockpit seems to be
the best. boarding and disembarking from the center of the beam of the
boat seems best. DON'T GIVE UP YET, it's a GREAT BOAT!!!!
