Ralph,

I have been using a 5 HP/4 cycle Honda for about three years. I'm quite
happy with it but it is a bit noiser then I expected and being a
one-lunger....it does shake and vibrate a bit at low rpms. Honda does
offer a lower pitch prop then the standard one...which by the way I did
install...as my current boat is about 1,000 pounds and I " think " I get
better performance with the lower pitch prop. The standard prop is three
bladed, 7 7/8 inch diameter and 7 1/2 inch pitch. The " workboat " prop
is same diameter with three blades and 6 11/16 inch pitch.
