any disabled Potter owners?

My husband and I are considering buying a P19. He can't walk, and on
land uses a wheelchair, but is an avid sailor.

If there are any Potter owners out there with similar disabilities,
I'd appreciate hearing from you -- and any ideas anyone might have
about adapting the P19 to make it easier for someone who can't walk.
