Be SURE to consider some sound deadening in the mast or those wires
swishing around inside the mast may drive you insane! Several ideas have
surfaced here previously, including spiralling tie-wraps every 10 inches or
so, or putting some sort of foam inserts in the mast. I can tell you that
if you ever plan to sleep over on the boat, you will be grateful for the
absence of mast noises.
