What are the pros and cons of the rig. I am in the process of finding a
P-19 to purchase on the used market and would like to have a little more
info.
In some correspondence with Eric P., he thought that the short rig has a
longer boom and therefore might have similar sq. footage of sail area.
Knowing that the P-19 is a little under canvased anyway does the short
rig make a noticable difference and can it be remedied with a genoa?
Any help you could provide from your experience would be greatly
appreciated.
