My cloth cushions are vintage 98. I weigh about 220 and have slept on my
P19 several times. My opinion is probably a little skewed because I find it
relatively easy to fall asleep in many different places (my desk at work
being one of my favorites). Compared to other sailboat berths I have slept
on I would say the IM cushions are comfortable for the thickness. Meaning
they would be a lot more comfortable with a little more foam. For some
reason I cannot explain, I found the after berths more comfortable than the
forward V-berth...cushions appear to be same thickness. They all have
zippers so I can assume that sheet foam could be added if desired.
