FWIW . . . . . About 8 years or so ago when I bought Hamada, the previous
owner had a new main and jib on order from IM. When they finally arrived,
I found the main to be 12" longer on the luff than both the old ORIGINAL
main and another newer main he was using. The new working jib was the same
size as the one already on the boat. I never really measured the sails,
never had a need to . .
