I've never used one, but there is a trailer dolly as you describe in the
J.C. Whitney catalog. It's $69.95 for 200 lb tongue weight, or $74.95 for
400 lb tongue weight. It has two rubber-tired wheels and a 42-inch-long
tee-handle. It comes with a 1-7/8 ball, which should work okay with the
2-inch coupler on your trailer.
