Bill,
I would like to add a note of interest to you all. In reference to the noise
and vibration related to the larger H.P. Outboards on WW Potter 19's. I added a
.250" thick x 18" x 24" Stainless Steel Buck Plate, then replaced the Washers
and Locknuts. Results - no more harmonics, vibrations and noise.
