How do I go about asking other Potter Owners my question?

I bought a 14' 1969 Potter, Gunter, in November and am having a problem with
the centerboard/keel. The keel keeps coming out and the bolts jam in the slot
inside the cabin. It is ruining the slot and the only way I can get the keel
back in its correct position is to take it out of the water. Does anyone have
any advice for me?

I'm green, or all help is wonderful!
