It isn't a Potter, but it certainly is an interesting sailboat that is
ruggedly constructed and very affordable. A friend of mine, Dr. Theo
Stone is selling his Renken 18 sailboat. It is trailerable, boasts a
small cabin, and has been impeccably maintained. If you or someone you
know might be interested in a sailboat that is quite affordable and
built for the long haul, have them check it out. It would be a good
boat for a first time sailor. (And yes, it is THAT Renken company.
They built sailboats for just under 2 years.)
