If you go to download the latest version of ICQ, make sure that you
indeed ARE getting the latest version. The latest released version is
downloaded in a file called icq99a.exe.

I went checked www.cnet.com and they have the latest version. But, some
3rd party sites do not! Don't try to save a few minutes time and go to
some obscure site to download it; do it from the main icq site at
www.mirabilis.com.
