You have a dodger on your P-19? Care to tell me where you got it? I've been
thinking about one lately.

My main reason for running lines aft was for the ability to work from the
safety of the cockpit. A strong second was to allow the rest of the family
to participate in sail handling, also from the cockpit. I installed deck
organizers and clutches specifically so my kids would learn to understand
and use them. To us, Necessity is a training boat - we fully plan to step
up to a 24-27 foot boat down the line, and are using the Potter to gain
experience and learn what we like and don't like in a boat.
