Garelick sells a nice aluminum three-step "EEz-In" transom ladder
that's 12" wide and 15" high when folded. West Marine sells it for
$70. They supposedly show the ladder on page 351 of their catalog. I
say supposedly because, while the description and other particulars
are accurate, the photograph shows a model that is no longer made.
The new model is slightly different -- and slightly better, it seems
to me. You can see it in the Garelick catalog, which is accessible
online at http://garelick.com (The catalog is a "pdf" file, so it
requires Adobe Acrobat, which is itself freely available online from
any number of sources, including http://www.adobe.com )
