I have noticed some cracking around the base of the centerboard trunk
(inside the cabin, of course) on my almost-new potter, where the
fiberglass meets the steel trunk. I'm assuming that its caused by
benign fluctuations in the structure of the boat due to trailering and
beaching. I recently went ashore with some faily high waves pounding
the boat, so it might have happened there. Is this anything I should be
concerned about?
