NO! Bring the boat into shallow water, a launching ramp works well. Get
ahold of the piece of the centerboard that is sticking up in the cabin and
lift up and foreward at the same time. You will feel it when it drops on the
pin. The centerboard on a P.15 has a L shaped slot that is milled into the
