Thanks y'all for the good leads on how to buy a genoa for the 15. Now...
besides the sail....what all do I need? IM sez genoa tracks and blocks to
be mounted on the cockpit coaming. Then I guess I need sheets for the
sail. What about cleats? are they part of what IM sells as tracks and
blocks? Just trying to figure this out....
Also, how about those of you who use genoas on the 15....is it great in
light wind? I'm just trying to get a little more out of the Vegan Lorax in
light wind. What is the Optimal size for the genoa? Should I just get the
factory sail? Glenn Perkins at IM offered me a colored genoa, the tracks
and blocks and shipping for basically the list cost of the sail alone
(306). Is it worth buying the factory sail at this sale price? I hope this
includes everything except the sheets that I need.
