Bought a Nicro Solar vent 2000 from BOAT/US this week because
I had been considering it and when I went in to buy other
things they were on sale for $89.
Still considering where to install it (on the forward hatch or
just forward of the forward hatch?) and while scrubbing the
boat yesteray had an inspirational thought 'I wonder if the
cowl vent come out and if the solar vent will fit". Today I
tried, it does, and it does. I don't want to use that
permanently as I use it for my anchor line, but it will work
until I do something permanent.
