Five years ago there was a P19 permanently moored next to a houseboat at a
mid-sized houseboat marina on the river around NE 140th (?), due east of
PDX. You should be able to see it from the road, if it's still
there. There are, I think, a couple of other P19s in the Portland area
that are represented on this list; I expect one or more of them will chime in.
