There are also a few "short mast" P19's that don't have two
sides stays, (built in 1990 I think) which have a boom that
extends over the stern, making a backstay arkward if not
impossible.

I only mention this because I didn't even know mine was
different until I had owned it for awhile and looking at
pictures on homepages realized mine was different.

Newbies to Potters might need to know that in case you run
across one.
