My experience towing a P15 is that the weight is light enough to be pulled
by just about anything. However my vehicle, a Nissan Altima, has really seen
some wear and tear in the rear suspension components after only about 1100
miles of trailering. I have replaced the rear struts since getting the boat,
but they are quickly losing their stiffness again. I'm starting to give some
thought to a new tow vehicle myself, and will focus on vehicles originally
intended for towing. I'll probably end up with more size/power than needed
for a P15, but I'll pay that price for better reliability/serviceability.
And if I ever move up to a p19, I'll be set!

Hi Glen,
Tow my P19 behind a Mercury Villeger without any problem. Would guess any
mini-van could do the job though I did get a transmission oil coiler for the

extra protection. I drive conservatively and get somewhere from 15-20 mpg
towing.
