LOL! Bill, I wondered who was gonna say something like this. :-)

No, not boredom, just some attempts at help that led off into
the "ee arcana." Since I'm thinking of doing this this weekend,
getting a ham antenna into place for next years' sailing, I'll
probably do my part to keep this going. *evil grin*

You're probably quite right about the mismatch. As for the power,
as long as lightning doesn't supplement your on-board power, you
are probably correct. :-)
