I don't know if what worked on the old (MkII) boats would work on the new
ones, but here it is...

Just a couple of small pieces of old indoor/outdoor carpet. Slip one down
each side of the CB slot. If I remember right, the MKII owners had to go to
this fix (actually glued them in place) because their boats pumped a bunch
of water up the slot when underway. A skipper who had used this fix told me
that a side benefit was that it "stopped the CB clunk when at anchor".
