Hi Trent,
The San Diego area has been VERY dry and relatively warm this 'winter'
season, so far. If this pattern continues, you could enjoy
pleasant sailing at Mission Bay, a haven for sailboats. South Shores
launch ramp is fairly new and quieter than others around M Bay. San
Diego Bay also offers sailing, but it's somewhat wilder and probably not
what you'd want for your first sail or two.
