<< Hi All:
First Mate Erin and I are thinking about building a sailing dingy together.
Has anyone ever done this (I know, dumb question). I have been looking at
plans and kits and so forth. We want something about 7' long so it will fit
in the back of the truck to take along when we take out our P19. Any
pointers, for inexperienced boat builders with lots of enthusiasm and new
 power tools, would be appreciated.

Depending where you are located there may be a Wooden Boat Building Course. I
attend one sponsored by Chesapeake Wooden Boat Builders School with a local
Jr. Collage in Havre de Grace, MD. I am located in Lancaster, PA.
