   I would fill the holes on the rudder with JB Weld epoxy, tape wax paper on
the bottom to keep it from running out. When hard use the new cheek blocks as
a template to drill the new holes. The new cheek plates are thicker than the
older ones 1/8 VS 3/16 inch. Also I.M. might be able to sell you plates that
are not drilled
