On my old Little Dude P14 trailer, originally equipped with 5.60 tires on
8-inch wheels, the 12-inch wheels with 5.20 tires also fit the existing
fenders, helped by the added clearance from the stronger springs I
installed at the same time.

Just changing from 4.80x8 to 5.60x8 tires will provide a worthwhile
improvement in load rating and reduce rotation speed.
