We have a Potter 15 #1186 "Billinda" I set it up on the boat ramp then back
it into the water. I always do it single-handed. From the time I part to
rolling it off the trailer is 20 minutes. By the time I park the trailer
again, drop the trolling motor get others aboard, etc. is is another 7 or 8
minutes.
