I'm not sure. Wife made 'em by using fabric glue to put hook and loop strips
back-to-back. She just bought rolls of velcro at the fabric shop. I'll ask
her if she remembers the cost.
Our original set is almost three years old, and I think they'll need
replacing after this season.
