Alan, I wouldn't dare suggest, in opposition to your statements, that IM is
competent to build a trustworthy boat. I do, however, suggest that you're
being an unnecessarily obstreperous pissant. If you've got all this extra
energy to reform things, why not take on the IRS -- or any of an uncountable
number of other organizations that REALLY need to be improved? [Of course,
your ego satisfaction would be less since the IRS will initially ignore you
and eventually step on you. IM will probably be nice.]
