I'm currently reading another book about a couple cruising with two young
children. It's an almost-too-personal account, written by the wife, and is
a realistic description of the cruising experience and the effect on their
relationship. The book is "Coming About - A Family Passage at Sea" by Susan
Tyler Hitchcock (Ballantyne Books). The boat is a 35-foot, 24-year-old
sloop. The title may be a play on words, as Susan does not flinch at the
explicit.

>Hi gang, aren't ya glad to see spring, finally the sun is staying up where it

>the smell of moldy canvas and unpolished fiberglass was a whiff of summer.
>(If they could bottle that smell West Marine could go into the cologne

>around and getting it ready for the summer. Will be Top Banana's first taste

>Tillerman, page 117, looks like a good idea if the lines don't take up too
>much cockpit space. Does anyone use such a thing? What do you think?
>And are there any wanna be cruisers out there? The wife and I have succumbed

>Thanks in advance for any help!
